The part we take over
Looking for work is a second job. The hours go into reading listings, writing each application, and keeping up with recruiters.
We do that part. You hear from us when a role on your terms has someone keen on the other side, and every call from there is yours: take the interview, go to a second round, accept, decline or push for more.
We keep several of those running at once, so you pick the best one.
What you get
Interviews booked for roles that fit what you asked for, each with its own prep card.
How we get you there
Everything below is work we do on your behalf to put those interviews on your calendar.
-
A CV and profile that fit the market
Written from one conversation about your history and your terms, kept current.
-
An evening update every day
We work your search twice a day, reading every new message, applying to the roles that match and booking the calls. One update reaches you each evening, so there is one thing to read at the end of the day.
-
Applications written for the role
Each one written against that specific posting, in your voice.
-
You approve what goes out
Anything sent in your name reaches you first, and you can change it, hold it or stop it. Tell us what you want and we carry it into every step from there.
-
Every lead in one list
Job boards, agency portals, company career sites, email and LinkedIn, tracked from the first sighting to the answer.
-
Calls at your best times
You say when you are at your sharpest and we book into those hours, one call a day. Say once why a call was wrong and that kind stops coming.
-
A prep sheet before every call
Who you are speaking to, the agency and the end client, the thread so far, the rates to quote, and the questions to expect.
-
Proof entries for your benefits file
Written in the fields Actiris, VDAB, Forem or ONEM ask for, ready to paste. You file them yourself.
-
A record of everything done
Every action taken in your name, who approved it, and when.
-
A clean exit
End it whenever you want. Take the mailbox and the accounts with their history, or have everything we created deleted. You get written confirmation either way.
Interview coaching is its own thing. Mock interviews against the real prep card and rate negotiation practice come as a separate package, arranged on its own terms after the pilot.
The pilot
What it costs
It is free for the five pilot clients, start to finish.
How long it runs
Ten weeks, or until you sign something, whichever comes first.
Your part in it
A half hour call to prepare your profile. A reply when messages are waiting for your approval. A word on how each interview went, so we sharpen who we put in front of you next. At the end, an honest account of what worked.
How the free spots go out
The five pilot spots go to the people who tell us the most. The fuller the picture of your history, what you want and what you would turn down, the better the roles we can find you. Open answers count for more than a polished profile.
Who it fits
Anyone after a job or a contract in Belgium or remote. We talk with you in English, and you go for roles in whatever language they are posted in. The best fit is a freelance developer between contracts, or anyone a few months into a search that has stopped moving.

Tell us who you are and what you are after. You get an answer within two days.
